Diary Event

The Charity Texas Scramble Open in aid of the British Heart Foundation took place on Sunday 26th May.

We were delighted to welcome the Tywyn & Aberdovey branch of the British Heart Foundation to the club to continue their fundraising efforts. Alison Williams did a sterling job collecting an array of raffle prizes and thanks go to all who donated prizes and bought tickets to support the event. Special thanks to Tyn Lon Volvo Garage for their sponsorship of the competition.

All competition entry monies were donated to the British Heart Foundation and these monies, together with the raffle entries, amounted to an overall sum of over £800 raised on the day - a fantastic achievement!

The competition results were as follows:

1st - 55.6 - S. Washbrook / A. Williams / R. Green / P. Taylor (Aberdovey)
2nd - 59.3 - R. Beddow / J. Hall / K. West / D. Teece (Aberdovey & Kenilworth)
