Junior Open Results
The Junior Open and Daily Telegraph qualifier took place on Thursday 1st August. It was a beautiful day for golf which was reflected in the scoring.
The results were as follows:
1st – Caleb Crawford (Hillside Golf Club) – 66 nett
2nd – Kennedy Murphy (South Staffordshire Golf Club) – 67 nett
3rd – Jacob Holmes (Wrexham Golf Club) – 69 nett

A sunny final day at Wenvoe Castle Golf Club saw Isobel Kelly, Aberdovey’s Junior Captain, crowned the 2024 Welsh Girls Champion!

Congratulations to Junior Captain, Isobel Kelly
Winner of the Underrated Golf Tournament
Congratulations to our Junior Captain, Isobel Kelly, who has sealed her spot in the Curry Cup 2024 in the United States after her fantastic performance in the Underrated Golf Tournament representing Wales!
Izzie won the event at Walton Heath shooting -3 in round 1, and +3 in round 2 to score an overall total of level par for 36 holes.
She was interviewed on Sky Sports after her victory!
